WellMed can help people with Medicare apply for government-sponsored programs. Our team assists with the application process but the state determines if qualifications are met. Since qualifications change annually, the Economic Assistance team can help applicants re-apply each year.

Extra Help program

People with Medicare who apply for the Extra Help program and qualify for benefits may save an estimated $4,000 per year on medication co-pay deductibles*. Certain guidelines apply. Medicare Savings Program
